REINCARNATION, KARMA,  AND THE AKASHIC RECORD BY LILLY     With Reincarnation, Karma and the Akashic Record all blending together the three topics really are one inter-related subject.  But for right now I will briefly explain the three separately: Reincarnation is the ability to continue with living, being born down here on Earth, living for a time, then passing into Spirit.  Dwelling in Spirit for a time, and then the decision is made to be reborn again on the Earth, also taking into consideration the fact that Urantia which is another similar dimension to Earth but on the 7th Plane is also available to reincarnate there.    People do live lifetime after lifetime even though they might not believe in this concept.  It is indeed true.  The Holy Bible does have a few mentionings and indirect references left still, although many of the quotations about reincarnation were removed by the Emperor Justinian in the year 531 A.D.  He held a what is called then a conclave where the Pope and the Cardinals were to assemble with his intent to change and alter the bible.  The Pope at the time refused to attend along with many of the Cardinals knowing the Emperor's intent.  The Emperor held the conclave anyway and confiscated all the bibles in the land to be burned.  As Emperor Justinian was the emperor of Constantinople, as well as a powerful ruler, he got his way.  The "new" bible the Emperor Justinian approved of  was cleared of many of the passages that referred to reincarnation, however, the scholars at the time did miss a few of the less understood passages.  One of which is the reference to John the Baptist being inquired about by the disciples.  In the Book of John, Ch. 1, V. 24-25. They asked if John was the Christ or  Elijah the prophet returned.  Another passage listed in the book of Matthew, Ch. 26:52 states: "Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place; for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."  That is an indirect reference, as you can sense many a murderer has gone on and lived out full lives down here on Earth without any punishment by any  judicial system.  That reference refers to Karma and having to deal with what goes around, coming back around in a future lifetime, hence the indirect reference to reincarnation. In Matthew 16, Verse 13-14 it states: "Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesare`a Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do men say that the Son of man is?" And they said, "Some say John the Bapist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets."  Elijah, Jeremiah, and earlier prophets  had lived much earlier, even hundreds of years prior, and for the disciples to recount to Jesus what people were telling them who they thought Jesus had been before is clearly a statement supporting reincarnation.  People in Jesus' day believed in reincarnation which is why they mentioned earlier deceased prophets.  Jesus would not have brought up the subject to discuss with his disciples without a purpose, asking his disciples this question of "Who do men say that the Son of man is". When Peter replied "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God," Jesus was pleased, and answered him saying, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jona! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. And I will tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it. Karma is "what goes around, comes back around".  It is cause and effect.  There is both good Karma and bad Karma, as you can sense.  Karma is done as it affords us the understanding of responsibility and accountability for our own actions.  For every action both good and bad, there is a cosmic reaction directly affecting our Souls which house this reacting energy.  If the energy from this  action we did is good, then the resulting energy of our deed is brought into us, and an Accolade is given us.  An Accolade is a blessing/reward up in Spirit and it variates extensively with each type of individual good deed.  So often I am asked about how Karma works and the affect it has on our past lives, including the current one. I felt guided to write about this fascinating subject, as I felt a clear explanation would make the whole subject of "cause and effect" better understood.  The Akashic Record also known in the bible as the Book of Life is a full account of our history.  The Book of Life is listed 11 times in the bible in the Book of Revelation.  This is a record of our lives both down on the Earth and on other planes of existence in the Heavenly Realm.  Yes we do have "in-between lives" which is basically the fact that we continue on with our lives, our existence and are steadily who we truly are without interruption. There is a law of the universe of cause and effect created by a loving Parent.  I am of course speaking of God, but I wanted to first stress that God is our Father, a Parent who so dearly loves us that He would give us the opportunity to learn, grow, attain higher levels of understanding all the while nourishing us with His unconditional love.  Anyone who has raised a child themselves can confirm that as a parent, we want the best for our children and to teach them right from wrong, responsibility and accountability.  We want them to grow up to be decent, compassionate human beings successful in life no matter what vocation they choose.  God isn't any different in that respect either.  We are all His children and as such, He affords us this huge "Earth school" much like we as parents send our children off to school to learn.  As we are all at different levels of growth, much like grades in school, some are at the elementary level, some are at the junior high level, high school level, and so forth.  Our Life Plan which is like a blueprint of our planned goals,  reflects our work outline for this lifetime.  We ourselves add our own input with our comments we write down prior to this incarnation.  This is called a "Goals Sheet".    This part of the planning includes a comprehensive program of growth related events in and surrounding our future life so that our goals are achieved.  Similar to a college counselor, the Guides work with us in meetings to establish our intentions and to work out any conflicts whereby the planned achieved goals will be hampered.  It all is very important these meetings to create a better well-thought out work plan for our next lifetime(s).  I want to mention here, too, that often lifetimes are worked out in sets of three lifetimes at once.  That way we can achieve a better overall group family incarnation experience with grandparents being involved, and that is why so often we plan out our lifetimes in order to keep the family together.  It also makes it easier to plan out our futures as if someone is scheduled to become our child or grandchild, then there is indeed the need to have this all worked out ahead of time.  People touch each other's lives with their own lives, so it does take effort to coordinate the inter-relationships.  Also people sometimes like to be their own grandchild or great-grandchild, and there, too, this is worked out ahead of time, so that their Soul Mates can also be down on the Earth in the appropriate time frame so that they will meet, fall in love, and have a relationship.  Along with all of this planning there is the mentioning of our past lives and any negative and/or positive Karma involved.  Up in Spirit we know for a fact that what goes around comes back around.  We know that as we can sense it.  Negativity we do right away darkens our Auric Fields and doesn't leave until we ourselves discharge this negativity through corrective effort.  The quickest way to do that is to travel down to the Earth plane and live out an existence that affords us this ability to discharge it.  Trying to discharge it over time up in Spirit is so much slower and not as effective.  For example, in one of my astral trips up in Spirit I once was introduced to a man who was a midget.  I was told that almost 1,000 years ago he had vindictively poisoned the village's well water, killing 17 villagers.  This man escaped but eventually died and came back to the Other Side.  The Lord offered him the options of discharging the negativity he caused on Earth which was quicker or staying up in Spirit for 1,000 years as a dwarf-sized man.  He chose the 1,000 years up in Spirit option.  If he had chosen the option of going back to the Earth to discharge the negativity, this would include approximately seven to eight lifetimes of serious hardship, depending on how developments went as the alternative.  He arrived back in Spirit in 1042 A.D. , so it won't be until 2042 A.D. that his negativity is totally discharged and his size returns to a normal adult male.  Obviously you can see that the comparison of having any type of negativity discharged down on the Earth is optimal compared to discharging it up in Spirit.  God wishes for us to realize that we are indeed responsible for our actions, not that of the Lord doing it all for us.  An ancient saying I have heard is "the gods will not do for man what man must do for himself".   We ourselves have to deal with it directly. From the many past-life readings I have given I have noticed that for every murder a person commits, generally the next three lifetimes reflect the karmic retribution the perpetrator has to deal with this negativity.  It gradually dissipates and by the third lifetime usually the trouble is involving serious illness.   Always the what goes around comes back around in the same general area.  Often I am asked about the situation with someone using and/or dealing drugs.  The area of the trouble that comes back around in a subsequent lifetime is the mind.  There are bi-polar problems, dyslexia, mental illness, schizophrenia, depression and various other disabilities that affect the mind.  They all pertain to the mind, as the mind is where the drug is used to affect it in the prior lifetime.  Selling of the drug is much worse than the using of the drug, as you can sense with the harm to another, but it all involves the mind in subsequent lifetime and/or lifetimes depending upon the seriousness of the involvement. What is planned and what if anything is truly accidental?  Most of the major events in someone's life are planned events, as those are the types of life lessons that include such things as love, creating a family, making clear choices with financial events and all those events that impact a person strongly.  Those are all written down prior to the incarnation.  You can see that it makes it a good idea to have a well-rounded lifetime with challenges you take on and solve, commitments you make, issues and problems you deal with, plus enjoyment of life all make you develop a higher level of understanding.  Having these events planned out ahead of time make the growth more balanced, more in tune with the "All That Is" and often a person can sense the theme being shown them throughout the lifetime which is also good.  Up in Spirit a person often takes approximately three to six months of planning to coordinate their future lifetime and counsel with Guides and Adjusters to help them adopt a good Life Plan for their next incarnation.  They will speak with relatives, friends, co-workers up in Spirit, along with counselors to find out who will be with whom and in what capacity.  I know it all goes into a different feeling there, too, as you realize how you are received by others in terms of affection and friendship when you are asking if they want to be a friend or relative of yours in the future.  Sometimes feelings can get quite hurt if rejection happens and is done in a careless way.  That is why Adjusters-Coordinator Guides are good with this role of being a "go-between" with the two parties. Karma is a very important part of each of our lives, whether or not we wish to acknowledge it.  We are given many ways to discharge our negative Karma once we get down here on Earth, and when all is concluded in that respect, our lives have a better way of going.  In what way?  In the perspective of more energy coming into our Auric Fields, more Christ Energy, even if we don't acknowledge Christ's existence.  If we have earned an increasement, then, too, we get this increasement if that is God's Will.  He knows that if the negative energy is now cleared of trouble inside us, then we are able to be helped further. The Akashic Record has been as mentioned prior also referred to as the Book of Life, and it fully keeps account of our actions, our responses to others, and how it appears from all people's point of view who are concerned in any given situation.  It records all reactions to our words to others, as well.  The Akashic Record clearly goes back into the ancient times with the record keeping, and often I have given readings about Atlantean and Lemurian lifetimes down on Earth.  Along with that, even before the dawn of civilization here on Earth, Lightworkers and Angelic Beings were aiding God with the growth and development of the planet and the ape-like beings.  Readings mentioning the Spirits were working in this capacity during the Paleazoic Era.  So you can see that the Akashic Record dates back quite far. I have noticed that the Akashic Record does have volumes that are separated by time periods.  For example, the 'latest book" of ours generally runs from the 12th Century A.D. to the current time.  The prior book to that goes from the 4th century A.D. to the 12th.  The volume before that goes from the 4th Century A.D. back into the ancient past.     The Hall of Records houses the Akashic Records of all people.  It is presided over by a Gate Keeper, a very high soul who has the authority to restrict those who come and abuse the privilege.  All of the records are accessible to those who wish to inquire about a certain part or has interest in their past history, although a reason must be given to the Gate Keeper each time a person comes to the Hall of Records.  The person is scrutinized to see if their intent is highest and best good,  otherwise the person is restricted.   The Hall of Records is a stately building magnificent.  People do get to see their past lives right after they pass away, though as that is called a "Past Life Review".  It shows your past life quickly and from many viewpoints, including viewpoints of those whom you were in contact with.  So you do witness how they also felt at the time.  This is done so that you can deal with what you have learned and the lessons you didn't.  It also helps with your better understanding of what goes around comes back around, in accordance with the Holy Spirit.  Our pasts affect our future, you see.  The Akashic Record is another term for the Book of Life which is mentioned nine times in the Holy Bible.  The Akashic Record/Book of Life is the stored-up cosmic memory through the Energy of the Holy Spirit accomplishing recording time consciousness within the astral plane that contains all the past events, images, thoughts, and activities of humanity.  It is much like the photographic memory of an individual, but with the capability of accessing each and every human Spirit and their emotions at the time, plus their interaction with others simultaneously.  It not only records what you said and how you said it much like a three-dimensional video, but also the other person(s) reactions to what you said and did.   Biblical proof of the Book of Life's existence is mentioned as follows: Ps. 69:28 -  Let them be erased from the book of life and not be recorded with the righteous. Php. 4:3 - Yes, I also ask you, true partner, to help these women who have contended for the gospel at my side, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers whose names are in the book of life. Rev. 3:5 - In the same way, the victor will be dressed in white clothes, and I will never erase his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before My Father and before His angels. Rev. 13:8 - All those who live on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name was not written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slaughtered. Rev. 17:8 - The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to come up from the abyss and go to destruction. Those who live on the earth whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will be astounded when they see the beast that was, and is not, and will be present again. Rev. 20:12 - I also saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged according to their works by what was written in the books. Rev. 20:15 - And anyone not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. Rev. 21:27 - Nothing profane will ever enter it: no one who does what is vile or false, but only those written in the Lamb's book of life. Rev. 22:19 - And if anyone takes away from the words of this prophetic book, God will take away his share of the tree of life and the holy city, written in this book.
